Can you believe that Thanksgiving is almost here. I work on an ambulance and sometimes I have to work on holidays. Well I get to work this Thanksgiving so my family will celebrate this holiday without me. Plus it seems that my husband has to work on Friday so we can't have celebrate it the day after either. But that is not the end of the world.
Thanks giving is a time for reflecting on what you are thankful for. I am thankful for my loving husband. My husband just found out that he was having trouble seeing out of his right eye. After seeing the eye doctor, he was sent to a specialist the same day and surgery the next day. He had Retina Detachment. So I am real thankful right now for the doctor who noticed this emergency, and the doctor who did his surgery so that he will not lose his sight.
I am thankful to be loved by God who had Jesus his son die on the cross for my sins. I am thankful for my parents and sisters and brother. I am thankful for my father and mother in law and my sister in law. I am thankful that I have a job and especially since my job is taking care of others. OHH and let me not forget, I am so thankful for all my grandchildren.
I can go on, and I know you can also. But I want to say I am thankful for people who are willing to give a chance and read authors books who are not yet well into the publics eye. THANK YOU FOR GIVING ME A CHANCE AND PLEASE TELL YOUR FRIENDS. These books are good gifts for the holidays.
Yes I had the privilege to work this holiday. I say a privilege because we serve others in need. Happy Thanksgiving to you all.
